selected meat or king prawns marinatedfor at least 24 hours to a spiced enriched flavour.Tandoor marinate consists of natural yoghurt, blended with cumin seeds, ground ginger, pureed garlic, green
chillies, mint, mustard oil & lemon juice, cooked on skewers over charcoal in the clay oven (tandoor).
Fully garnished & served with pilau rice, salad & traditional curry sauce.
The ‘Karahi’ is a traditional rural cast iron pot used in the Punjab to cook most meat dishes.
All Punjabi bhoonas are prepared with a blend of fresh ginger, garlic, tomato, peppers, herbs, onions & spices,
garnished with fresh coriander.
